Return, Refund and exchange
At Corsetiere , we take great pride in crafting each corset by hand to ensure the highest quality. Due to the custom nature of our products, we have specific guidelines regarding refunds and returns to ensure a smooth process for both you and us.
Returns
As our corsets are handmade and often custom-made to your specifications, we do not accept returns for items that are not defective or damaged. However, if the item you receive is incorrect or there is a manufacturing defect, we will gladly accept a return.
To be eligible for a return:

You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your corset.

The corset must be in its original, unworn, and unaltered condition, with all tags still attached.

Please ensure the corset is carefully packaged to avoid damage during the return shipment.

Include a photo of the item showing the defect (if applicable) and your order number in the email.

After we review the issue, we will provide you with return instructions and a return address

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned corset, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a manufacturing error or defect. â—¦ Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your corset for a different size or style, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are only possible if the item is unused and in its original condition. Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with exchanges -
Non-Returnable Items

Custom-made or personalized corsets (e.g., custom measurements or design requests) cannot be returned or exchanged.

Production Errors

In the case of a production error (e.g., incorrect size or defect), please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your item. We will request a photo of the issue, and we will either issue a full refund or send you a replacement at no additional cost.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. As our handmade corsets are processed quickly, cancellations are only possible within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, the production process will have already begun, and cancellation may no longer be possible.
